Our barn door hardware kit features solid steel construction with a fine black powder-coated surface that is resistant to corrosion, guaranteeing both beauty and longevity. The ball bearing rollers are designed to slide smoothly and quietly, tested beyond 100,000 rolls for durability.

The kit can accommodate doors up to double 12" wide and 1" to 1-3/4" thick, with a weight capacity of 180lb. The track length should be the door opening size plus 4" (100mm), with a minimum clearance of 5-3/8" needed from the top of the door to the ceiling.

Included in the package are a 28" rail, two rollers, two roller rotating bases, a roller fixator, three rail supports, three hinges, a floor guide, and a sealing strip. Please note that the door is not included.
